I have always enjoyed adding unique spots of interest to our garden. A broken forklift grate makes a
terrific support for a plant. A large spring becomes a whimsical perch for the birds near the birdfeeders. Repurposing discarded items is stimulating and rewarding. During the summer of 2007 I spent a wonderful week learning the very basics of welding from internationally known metal artist Richard Yaski. Upon completion of that course Sonoma County's Susandra Spicer graciously mentored me and allowed me to learn from her. Please stroll through my gallery to see some of my recent sculptures. Creating smiles, one sculpture at a time :)
